  • Any content found to breach this policy may be refused, edited, or removed at the sole discretion of BARR2148 LIMITED, and may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

4. Reasonable Accommodations

In line with our Accessibility Statement, BARR2148 LIMITED will make reasonable accommodations to assist users with disabilities, including providing support for posting, alternative communication formats, or additional guidance upon request.

5. Complaints & Reporting

  • Reports of discrimination or breaches of this policy must be submitted in writing via:

  • All reports will be handled under our Internal Complaints Procedure (acknowledged within 5 working days, investigated within 10–20 working days, with the right of appeal).

6. Remedies

Where discrimination or exclusion is found, proportionate remedies will be applied, which may include removal of content, account suspension, or other corrective action.

7. Public Statements

We welcome fair, accurate feedback. However, publishing false, misleading, or defamatory statements about BARR2148 LIMITED or its services, in breach of this policy, may result in legal action for defamation and damages.

8. Global Application

This policy applies worldwide and is enforceable under the laws of England and Wales, with respect for equivalent equality legislation internationally.
