1. Service Overview
Our primary service allows both employers and job seekers to publish either a job advertisement or a CV/profile on our platform for a fixed fee of £9.99. This equal pricing ensures fairness and accessibility across all users.
2. Right to Cancel (UK, EU, and International)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as well as applicable EU consumer law, customers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. However, this right does not apply once a digital service has been fully performed and the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance.
By confirming payment and authorising publication, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your job advert or CV will be published immediately.

You thereby waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel.

Once publication has occurred, no automatic right to a refund exists.
This principle is also applied under relevant international consumer laws, including but not limited to UK, EU, and US jurisdictions.
3. Our Flexible Approach
While no refunds are due once a posting has gone live, BARR2148 LIMITED recognises that errors and exceptional circumstances may occur. We may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund or credit in the following cases:

Duplicate or accidental payment.

Technical error preventing publication.

Cancellation request received before the posting is made live.

Other exceptional cases deemed valid by BARR2148 LIMITED.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of purchase (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card payments via Stripe).
4. How to Request Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, you must contact us through one of the following methods:

For security purposes, we will confirm your identity before processing any request. This ensures that no unauthorised person acts on your behalf.

Upon cancellation and deletion of your profile, we do not retain your personal data beyond what is legally required for compliance purposes (e.g., accounting, fraud prevention, or regulatory obligations). All other data is securely erased.
